We started Pawper & Pearl because we couldn't find anything good enough for our own pups. So we built it ourselves.

How It Started
One Chihuahua.
One Big Idea.
It started in 2019 when Sophie — a lifelong small dog devotee — couldn't find a single dress that fit her Chihuahua, Mochi, without looking like a costume. Everything was either too big, too cheap, or too boring.
So she started sourcing. She spent months hunting down suppliers who understood that small dogs have small bodies with big personalities — and that their owners have real taste.
What began as a passion project in a Phoenix apartment became Pawper & Pearl: a curated boutique for the small dogs who own our hearts, and the humans who spoil them rotten.
Today we serve thousands of pup parents across the country, but the mission hasn't changed one bit. Every product we carry has to pass the Mochi test first.
